Inversion table September 29, 2008 This is a well built great quality inversion table. Just difficult to store. You have to leave it set up. I'm quite pleased with it. Helps stretch out the spine and releives disc compression! Start slow on the angle and get used to it. Well worth the money. You'll have it paid what 5+ co-pay visits to the chiropractor costs.
Upside Down May 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The inversion table is great. My chiro was actually happy when I told him about the purchase, and even more happy when I assembled and used it. No complaints about the design. Ankles have to adjust to the new strain....Hang in there! LOL
Worthwhile for the cost! January 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It might be good for your back...it's hard to tell with all that blood in your head. Outstanding relief for tension, creates sense of weightlessness, big help if you get help from meditation (and who doesn't) and that tension relief is good for your back and your general sense of well-being. I probably would rate it 4.75 stars.
Inversion chair December 28, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great inversion chair, especially for the price. You have seen the one advertised on TV that is much more expensive, but this one does the same things exactly. I purchased this chair last Christmas for my daughter and son-in-law as a gift, but found out that our son-in-law had already purchased one for his wife (our daughter) and therefore now had two of them. We decided to take the chair and give them money for something else they could use. We have it set up in one corner of our living room--yes, living room--and use it fairly often, and it really does help the lower back. It would work better if we used it more often. I definitely recommend it for daily stress and back ache relief...of course, if you have a really bad back injury you need to check with your doctor before using any such device. I would recommend this item.
