Nice equipment January 6, 2009
My son in law put it together for me, so I had no problems with that. One of the seat braces was bent, but seat tightened up fine. Good work out. Who knew I was so out of shape. ha Only complaint is adjustment wheel doesn't really make a lot of difference, unless I just don't have it figured out yet. For the money, this is a good piece of equipment.

I purchased this machine the first week of November 2008. I can truly say that this machine is the best investment that I have ever made in myself. I try to work out at least 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. In 30 minutes I can burn off around 700 calories and if I push myself and go 45 minutes I can easily burn off 1000. I do this at a moving rate of 13 mph. I have lost a total of 4.5 inches and I basically eat the same way that I did before but now my body is in shape and I feel better and sleep better. One other thing that I really love is that I barely even break a sweat until I get past 30 minutes. I really love this machine. If you want to feel better and look better and not kill yourself trying to do so then I suggest you buy this machine. Sincerely a happy buyer.

It gives a great workout and doesn't take up alot of room. It takes a while to get used to the elliptical function but once you do here comes your workout.This is a wonderful machine.
Good Low-Cost Elliptical December 11, 2008
For the price, it's a good deal. You have the option of walking/running or riding. It's relatively easy to put together, and it's easy to use.

This is a very versatile machine. You have the option of biking or cross training with either stationary handles or moving handles. Tension adjustment is easy and provides a wide range of resistance.
This machine is quite heavy and a little difficult to put together. It does have little wheels on the front floor bar so you can tilt the bike up and roll it to a different location.
The front fly wheel did not hold up well. We had to have ours replaced twice while it was still under warranty. My son liked to use the bike with maximum resistance, so this may have contributed to the degradation of the machine. Golf Outlets was very understanding of our problems and replaced the base unit quickly after we supplied evidence of the defect.
For the price I felt this was a good unit and well worth the aggravation.
