4 out of 5 stars Good Quality product as expected   January 8, 2009
I bought these to help continue shoulder and knee physical therapy at home. They have met my expectations and served my needs well.

Seems to be solidly constructed though the fit could be problematic if you have small ankles and/or wrists. That being said, the fit is generally looser on the wrist vs. ankle so you might have to contend with using your fingers to prevent them from slipping down (not a big deal). I have 7.25" circumference wrists and they slip down a little bit over the hand. The fit is easily set around my 10" circumference ankles. The double metal loop is a good design and the product as a whole seems like it will last quite a while.

I dock it one point because it is VERY easy to catch the bristly end of the velcro on the nylon that makes up the edge of the product and when it pulls it starts to fuzz terribly. I don't think this will hurt the useful life of it much but it is kinda annoying and could have been avoided.

5 out of 5 stars Best leg weights ever   January 6, 2009
These weights are the best. When you exercise they stay in place and do not unravel or slide. They were cheaper then all the rest offered and actually the better product. I went by another customer's review when I bought them and I am so glad I did. Five stars all the way,

3 out of 5 stars Too bulky!   December 30, 2008
Yes... they are weights and serve the purpose of exercising. However, these weights are HUGE!!! Really bulky and hard to keep around any appendage. If you try to take the individual weight packs out... good luck getting them back in.

5 out of 5 stars Work Great   December 29, 2008
I haven't tried taking any of the weights out, but that being said they work great for me. I can strap them around my wrists and do my regular workout.

1 out of 5 stars Made in China piece of crap   December 27, 2008

I've had these ankle weights for 3 weeks, and they plastic lining has already broken and is spilling sand.
